End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, accessing, or using Node.in.Net, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Node.in.Net grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors, creators, or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

The Developer is not responsible for any:

• Loss of data, corrupted files, or hardware failures.
• Unauthorized access to your devices, networks, or personal information.
• Third-party exploitation resulting from misconfigured access rights or leaks of credentials.
• Disruption of business operations resulting from the use of this Software.

3. User Responsibility & Security Risks

Node.in.Net is a powerful Peer-to-Peer network administration tool. By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have full control over the resources you share (including Terminals, Filesystems, and OS Services). You assume full and sole responsibility for securing your network, managing your cryptographic keys, and ensuring you do not grant unauthorized access to third parties.

Because traffic travels directly between peer nodes and does not pass through centralized inspection servers, the Developer cannot monitor, restore, or rescue compromised nodes or lost data.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination of the License, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
